Place the items in their original Von Riche box with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the exterior of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
